Do I need an appointment?
Grooms and baths are by appointment only. Walk-in nail trims are welcome anytime during business hours, no appointment needed.
How long will my dog be with you?
Plan for about a four hour window per dog. We groom one on one, hand dry every dog, and never rush. Quality comes before quantity.
Are dogs ever crated?
No. We are cage-free while your dog is in our care. They are never crated unless you specifically ask us to.
What shampoos do you use?
We use Nature's Specialties, some of the best products on the market. There is no extra charge for specialty formulas such as hypoallergenic or medicated.
How much does grooming cost?
Every dog is priced in person by temperament, coat type, and size, so we do not give prices over the phone. Book a visit and we will give you an exact quote when we meet your pup.
How do I pay?
We accept cash, check, or Venmo at the time of pickup.
Do you groom all breeds?
Yes. We groom all breeds to the breed standard, and tailor every visit to your dog.
Do you send reminders or set up recurring appointments?
Yes. We send appointment reminders by text, and we are happy to set you up on a recurring schedule so your dog always looks and feels their best.
What is included in a full groom?
Bath, blow out and hand dry, anal gland expression, nails cut, paw pads and sanitary trimmed, ears cleaned and ear hair plucked if needed, then cut to your specification. We also offer partial grooms (face, feet, and fanny) and baths.
Where are you, and what are your hours?
We are at 990 Davidson Dr, Suite C, Nashville, TN 37205, in Belle Meade. We are open Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm.
